Refund policy

All products come with a 30-day return window. Customers must return the items within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines: 

  • Returned items must be no sign of use and free of any wear and tear.
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Any product not meeting these standards will not be eligible for a refund. 

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt, items will undergo a thorough inspection to confirm their condition. If the returned product meets our standards, a refund will be issued within 10 business days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

In cases where items are lost or damaged during the return shipping, refunds will not be issued. Ensure that items are well-packaged to prevent damage or loss during transit. 

Additional Considerations: 

  • Electric Bicycles: Must be returned unused with the odometer reading zero. Detailed photos and videos must be provided prior to the return to verify the condition.
  • Fitness Equipment: Must be returned unopened due to their direct contact with skin. 

Warranty Policy

  • All products are covered by a 1-year warranty. If you experience a failure due to non-user-induced damage, please contact us with a detailed description for a resolution. 

Not Covered Under Warranty: 

  • Unauthorized repair or disassembling.
  • Product damage caused by misuse, including but not limited to: Abuse, negligence, accidents, liquid or food spills, falls, using/storing product in extreme temperatures, burning of the printed circuit board, or other product defects caused by human actions.
  • Product failures caused by any software programs, whether provided with the product or installed subsequently.
  • Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed.
  • Products with expired warranties.
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Wear and tear parts on electric bicycles, projector stands and certain cleaning equipment, such as brakes, tires, pedals, and robotic vacuum brushes, etc. are also excluded from warranty coverage.
    • *E-bike Parts damage (including but not limited to frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crank-set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware) after 7 days of receiving will be charged to the customer.
  • Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.
  • Product damage due to fire, floods, lightning, or other forms of Force Majeure.
  • Lost or stolen products.

Warranty Conditions:

  • Products that are not eligible for return but are within the warranty period will be subject to repair, parts replacement, or total replacement. No refunds will be provided under the warranty.
  • If products need to be sent back to our warehouse for repair or assessment, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We will cover the shipping costs from our warehouse back to the customer after service.
