Shipping Terms


  1. Shipping Policy
  • Free shipping across Canada for orders over CAD$99(before tax).
  • To ensure that you package is properly delivered asap, please make sure your address is entered correctly (please provide “buzz code” for apartment address). We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipment if the address information provided is incorrect/incomplete or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
  • If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you haven’t received it, or your package is obviously damaged during shipping, you must contact service@omgsmartliving.com customer service within 7 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

 

  1. 15 Days Return & Exchange Policy
  • Products with defects or quality issues may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of the

date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.

  • A new product may replace the product if the original item has a manufacturing defect within 15 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.
  • We will be responsible for the return shipping charges for products with defects or quality issues, as well as the shipping charge for the replacement.
    • Please contact service@omgsmartliving.com first for detailed guidance of return and exchange. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, we will start the refund or exchange process.

 

3.Return & Exchange Requirements

  • Return items must be shipped to our designated shipping address
  • Return items must include original packaging
  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Please contact us with the following information for verification:
  1. 12-digit serial number (you can find it at the bottom of the unit)
  2. Invoice or receipt include purchasing date
  3. Detailed problem description
  • We shall have the right to reject the return if the product does not meet the above requirements

 

3. Price Guarantee Policy

We provide products sold on omgsmartliving.com platform with a price guarantee within 7 days of receipt. If there is a price reduction within 7 days, we will price match.

 

  1. Warranty Claim for Quality Issue Within ONE (1) YEAR

We warrant the product purchased from our store on the service@omgsmartliving.com against defects in materials and quality under regular use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase (Note: 180 days for accessories). If you have any questions about claiming your warranty, please contact YAMI customer service at omgsmartliving@gmail.com

  • For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished unit of equal value.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the warranty products, and we pay the shipping charge for the replacement.
  • Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item
  • Please contact us with the following information for verification, please note more type of proof of purchase and problem may be required such as videos or pictures for identifying the product

  • Buyer in the following situations will cover shipping costs:
  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect

 

  1. Not Covered Under Our Warranty:
  • Items purchased from other platforms.
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products that have expired the warranty period
  • Non-quality-related issues
  • Repaired or disassembled by 3rd parties.
  • Damage caused by force majeure such as accident, disaster or war.
  • Damage caused by misuse behaviors; misuse behaviors include:
  1. Collision and burning accidents caused by human-made but not caused by product quality problems occur.
  1. products that have been modified, repaired, upgraded firmware on one’s own or by a third party.
  1. Damage caused by modifying, repairing, upgrading firmware on one’s own or by a third party.
  1. Damage caused by other accessories using simultaneously with the product but not included in the product packaging.

      5. Damage caused by using without following instructions.

  1. The serial number, factory label, warranty certificate and other marks on the product are torn or altered.
  1. Damage caused by misusing, collision, dropping, extreme temperatures, negligence, abusing, fluid intake, dampness, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, operating devices improperly.
