XGIMI Elfin Ultra Compact 1080P Portable Projector

I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a smart portable projector. This is probably the smartest projector you have ever seen on the market. The screen adaption technology can automatically adjust the screen in seconds, it helps a lot when we move the projector around in our house. You could find this from the photo. This smart projector avoids the sofa automatically. The 1080p picture is so sharpe and bright, and it can turn my white wall to a 100” screen in one second. I cannot wait to move my furnitures to make a 120” screen this weekend. The built in harman kardon speakers provide superior sound quality that exceeded our expectations! My daughter can easily access her favorite Disney+ cartoons by using the Android TV system, it also comes with Google Assistant function that allows us voice control the Elfin and other Google home devices. I own the Nintendo Switchand gaming on this has been phenomenal. Last but not least, the Elfin is very compact, we can’t imagine all of above is coming out from this little box! I’m very happy with my purchase, highly recommend to everyone!

This product is worth every cent! It has great sound and the quality of the video is amazing, you also get the comfort of having all of the apps (youtube, Hulu, Spotify and more) in the same projector. Overall an amazing product, it has the opportunity to add Ok Google which is a great plus! I recommend this product fully to whoever is looking for the best projector for a reasonable price.

First time owning a projector I start from something smart and portable. I like its compact size and light weight, very easy to carry around to project on different walls in the apartment, I usually play Switch in the living room while sometimes I feel like watching a movie in bed so I bring it to the bedroom…Very convenient！

Auto keystone correction is a must, every time you move the projector it adjusts the screen frame and automatically avoid obstacles on the wall to fit, which I found pretty smart since I have wall arts here and there. Then you usually need to adjust manually to make it perfect.

Color is bright, shows better when it’s dark. Display is very clear and smooth. Harman Kardon speakers definitely adds to the next level.

Netflix - I initially download directly from the store but it wouldn’t play, then I read the instructions and realized you should download “Desktop Manager” and install Netflix from there. So I did, no problems watching Netflix anymore! I’m a big fan of live stream TV so very happy to be able to access Youtube, Youtube music, Prime video, HBOmax etc. directly from it.

Overall it’s a great projector to start with, satisfy all my at home needs.

Very good product, it's light and compact, I can put it in a backpack and bring it everywhere. With compact size, the brightness is perfect for dark room. Image quality and sharp are also good enough for home use. What I like most is automatic focus adjust and keystone correction, which makes it so easy to use. Remote control is user friendly, set up is also very easy, it took me about 15 mins only. It has pre-installed a lot software like Youtube, HBO, Hulu, etc, and I installed Netflix myself so I can use it without connecting to laptop. It can play the photos and videos from memory stick, or connect with phone and play music. Overall it has all the functions I need and quality is very good.

I bought the XGIMI Elfin after reading all of the positive review and I have been using it for 2 weeks now. I can report that the projector has amazing picture quality, really exceptional brightness and clarity, and it stays "in focus" even after hours of usage. The previous projector I tried would get out of focus after 30 min. It has auto focus and auto keystone feature (for both horizontal and vertical keystone), which is super convenient, making it really smart. It runs relatively quite and also relatively not that hot. I reported earlier that I discovered this projector does not support NTFS formatted HDD, the HDD has to be in exFAT format which is most people used nowadays to make sure its compatible for Windows, MacOS, and Android. I believe there is a room for improvement for the design as its lying flat right now without any way to prop it up to have correct projected height. I discovered there is an extra stand (XGIMI brand also) but needs to be purchased separately. I recently discover the projector supports 3D projection with the matching 3D glasses. I hope XGIMI will be able to sort the Netflix licensing issue out quickly and provide software update that includes that accordingly. Overall its a very cool projector!
