This service fee covers the professional inspection of customers' XGIMI projector and return shipping cost. It is recommended for customers with out-of-warranty devices or those seeking a detailed diagnosis prior to repair.

📌 Important Notes
- Original packaging required: Please ship the projector in its original box to prevent additional transit damage.
- Inspection timeline: Our staff will inspect the unit within 2 weeks of receipt and notify customer of the findings.

- If the unit is not repairable, we'll send it back at no extra charge.
- If repairable, we’ll first provide a detailed quote for parts and service; work proceeds only after your approval.
- Order details: In your order notes, please include the purchase platform (e.g. Best Buy, Amazon) and the recipient’s name as listed in the original order.
- Price excludes tax: Final total will be calculated at checkout.
