How to download Netflix on XGIMI Projectors?

In this guide, you will learn about how to use Netflix on XGIMI projectors. The guide will include 2 parts:

Part 1: For Elfin/Halo/Halo+/Mogo Series/Horizon/Horizon Pro

• Step 1: Uninstall Netflix

Part 2: For MoGo 2, MoGo 2 Pro and Horizon Ultra

• Step 1: Uninstall Netflix
• Step 2: Open Desktop launcher App

Part 1: For Elfin, Halo, Halo+, MoGo Series, Horizon and Horizon Pro

If you have previously installed other Netflix versions, please follow the steps below to uninstall the current version and reinstall again.

Step 1: Uninstall Netflix

If you downloaded Netflix directly from the Google Play Store, please uninstall it by going to Settings -> Apps -> See all apps -> Netflix -> Uninstall. (Important Note: Do NOT update the newly downloaded Netflix app at any time.)

Step 2: Install Desktopmanager

Please install "Desktopmanager" from the Google Play Store. (Note: There is no space between the two words Desktopmanager.)

 

Step 3: Install Netflix 

• Open the Desktopmanager app. You will see Netflix on the home page.
• Click “Install.”
• Click Netflix again to enter the file manager internal storage page. Ensure the install version is V8.112.1, and then install it.

Step 4: Sign in with your Netflix account and PW

How to Find the Downloaded Netflix App

• After installing Netflix, the icon will have a checkmark (√) in the lower right corner. Click Installed.
• Short press the OK button to add it to the Home navigation bar.
• On the Home screen, scroll down to find Netflix. Press the left button, and then press OK to confirm the move mode. You can now adjust the position up or down. Once it is at the desired position, press OK to confirm the location.

Part 2: For MoGo 2, MoGo 2 Pro and Horizon Ultra

If you downloaded Netflix directly from the Google Play Store, please uninstall it by going to Settings -> Apps -> See all apps -> Netflix -> Uninstall.

Step 2: Open Desktop launcher App

• Open the Desktop launcher app, you will see the NETFLIX on the home page, click Install.

• In the Desktop Launcher, select Netflix and long-press the OK button to add it to the Home navigation bar.
