We strive to process and ship your order within 2 business days. We select the most suitable carrier based on your provided shipping address to ensure efficient delivery. Please ensure you provide any necessary details such as buzz codes at the time of your order to facilitate smooth delivery. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipment if the address information provided is incorrect/incomplete at the time of purchase.

Delivery Details:

  • Standard Shipping: Does not include a signature service. If you require signature confirmation upon delivery, please contact customer service when placing your order to arrange this service.
  • Worldwide Shipping: Supported for all orders.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website. Please be aware that if the item is returned to us due to incorrect address information, inability to deliver, or failure to collect the package, we will charge a fee for the return.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you haven’t received it, or your package is obviously damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 3 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 60 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.
